Project Planning

After the site evaluation and architectural designs are complete we begin the budget analysis, project logistics, and scheduling.  This phase is critical to a successful project.  By planning the project in advance we can eliminate much of the uncertainty of a project.  You don't want unknowns or surprises during the construction of your project and neither do we.

Budget Analysis

To perform a thorough analysis of the budget we complete a cost estimate of the project, collecting and evaluating bids from suppliers and subcontractors, and conducting a material take off.  

Project Logistics & Scheduling

In order to manage the flow of resources during the project a schedule is established.  The schedule helps to coordinate delivery of material, determine when subcontractors are needed, and sets a target date of completeion.  Scheduling help the project stay on track by maximizing effeceintcy and minimizing downtime.
